This adventure combines kayaking and fishing for a unique outdoor adventure. We start with buying some fresh bait and getting a bit of insight into the feeding habits of the regional fish.
Learn about the most practical species to target when kayak fishing.
Cruise out in the luxury 4WD to one of our favourite fishing spots. After a bit of preparation (we are fishing from kayaks after all) we launch off from the beach.
We'll be traveling with a fish-finder and GPS, VHF radio and flares amongst other things.
For the next few hours we will be kayaking along the stunning coastline, relaxing, and fishing using various methods.
Fish such as snapper, kingfish, gurnard, kahawai, trevally and John Dory are all caught in this area. Mixing it up is the secret to success - we are proud to say that we have never come home without fish and we intend to keep it that way!
For lunch we'll land on a beach and you might like to have a swim. Lunch, snacks and hot/cold drinks are all provided.
At the end of the day we'll return you and your prized catch to your pick-up location. Prepare the fish yourself if you want to, otherwise we can teach or just do it for you. There's no better way to spend a day!
